All photographs remain the property of their copyright holders. ©2004 SpearheadNews All Rights Reserved			FALL BAKE SALE DATES ANNOUNCED It will be a season of sweets and savories at the Opera House this season, as the Super Committee has announced the dates of the fall bake sales. These epicurean events take place in the canteen area and open approximately two hours prior to curtain and last until the first intermission, or until the food runs out. The food is available for purchase by the house staff, orchestra, chorus, supers and guests. All proceeds of the bake sales go to underwriting the cost of the Annual Super Party. All Supers are encouraged to bring a food item. In the past there have been salads, soups, entrees, cakes, cookies and pies. Get creative and show your culinary talents (or let your favorite deli or shop do the work for you!) All Supers, whether in a particular show or not, are also encouraged to attend the sale. It’s a great way to catch up with your fellow supers. Please be sure to show your ID badge at the stage door, and do not wander around the house or backstage. This season’s sales are scheduled as follows-- Sunday, October 9, Doctor Atomic 2 PM Curtain Saturday, November 5, La Forza del Destino, Noon Curtain Sunday, November 13, Norma, 2 PM Curtain.
