It was announced by Pamela Rosenberg in an internal memo on April 12, 2005 that Artistic Administrator Brad Trexell has submitted his resignation as of June 30, 2005:

"Although he will be a great loss to San Francisco Opera, Brad will be joining the Royal Danish Opera where he has accepted the position of Artistic Administrator (or in Danish for your amusement 'Stillingsbeskrivelse for planlægger i de kunstneriske afdelinger.') In Copenhagen, he will be responsible for planning, casting and supervision of the production managers.

We will announce plans for his replacement in the near future.
